2. Products and Services: AmpereRush sells 200kW generators as detailed on our product pages. We also offer installation and maintenance services, subject to separate agreements.

3. Pricing: Prices for our generators are subject to change without notice. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes and delivery charges unless otherwise stated.

4. Payment Terms: Full payment for your generator must be received before dispatch unless credit terms have been arranged. We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, and approved financing options.

5. Delivery: Delivery times will be agreed upon at the time of purchase. We aim to meet these delivery times but are not responsible for delays outside of our control.

6. Installation: Installation services are provided at an additional cost and must be scheduled separately with our service department.

7. Returns & Refunds: Returns will only be accepted for faulty products reported within 7 days of delivery. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods.

8. Warranty: Our 200kW generators come with a standard warranty. Specific warranty information is provided with each product.

9. Limitation of Liability: AmpereRush shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising out of the use or inability to use the generator.
